By accessing or using midoff ("the Service"), operated by midoff ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

midoff is a back and middle office automation platform powered by AI. The Service provides tools for finance, HR, IT, and governance operations. The Service is currently in beta and is provided "as is".

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service to violate any law or regulation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by midoff and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, midoff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is in beta and may contain bugs or errors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
